How to take care of your mask!
Two Part Design: Your mask includes a washable Outer Sleeve and an inner Aromatherapy Pillow (filled with organic flaxseed and dried lavender flowers)
How to Clean: Remove the sleeve from the pillow. Then you can either hand-wash or machine wash it using cold water settings, and then air dry it. We don’t recommend using drying machine.
Warm Therapy: Using the microwave oven, place the mask in it for 20 to 30 seconds. If warmth is desired, heat in 10 seconds increments. Please shake it gently before use.
Cold Therapy: Place the inner pillow only in a clean, dry freezer bag for at least one hour. Reinsert the pillow into the outer sleeve before use.
